Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 4-7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom pieces may take longer (up to 5–10 business days) — this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide with trusted courier partner TUNL and locally with PUDO, The Courier Guy. Delivery times vary by destination:

  •  United States: 7–21 business days

  • Europe: 7–28 business days

  • South Africa: 2-5 business days
  • International (South Korea, Japan, Australia): 7–21 business days

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance in your country.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Uma is not liable for delays caused by customs processes.

Damages & Issues
